Spicy Green Super Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 ounce fresh coconut

  • 2 handfuls of leafy greens (spinach, kale, arugula)

  • 1½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 5 fresh mint leaves

  • 2 ice cubes

  • 1 scoop of unflavored protein powder 

    Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
