Spicy Green Super Smoothie
Ingredients:
½-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 ounce fresh coconut
2 handfuls of leafy greens (spinach, kale, arugula)
1½ cup unsweetened almond milk
5 fresh mint leaves
2 ice cubes
1 scoop of unflavored protein powder
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
